Set in the Aravis mountains, La Clusaz has 125km of linked pistes spread across five different mountains, with skiing from 1,100m to 2,600m. Beauregard and Manigod have gentler slopes and beginner areas, while Belvedère and Aiguille are known for tree-lined blues and longer red runs. For something more challenging, the Balme massif has steeper runs and freeride terrain through its cliffs and snow bowls. La Clusaz is just over an hour from Geneva, making it a convenient option for shorter ski trips, while still keeping the feel of a traditional French mountain village.
