Ski Specialist (Sales)

Ski Independence is a leading UK Tour Operator selling tailor-made ski holidays to North America and Europe. Based in Edinburgh, we sell holidays to clients throughout the UK either directly or through our partner travel agents. Our business is growing and we require a Ski Specialist to join our busy, dynamic and friendly team on a full-time basis.

We’re looking for positive individuals, capable of working well under pressure and committed to providing exceptional levels of customer service. A proven track record or experience in a sales environment will be an advantage.

Duties include answering telephone or online enquiries from direct clients and travel agents and building appropriate tailor-made itineraries based on client requirements. Additional duties include making bookings, taking payments and ensuring any subsequent enquiries by clients are handled in an efficient and friendly manner.

Our team are all passionate about winter sports, so applicants with an enthusiasm for skiing and snowboarding will be preferred as will individuals with a keen interest in travel. If you've worked a ski season we'd love to hear from you!

Full training will be given on our in-house reservations system and Galileo, the airline GDS we use to source flights.

In return we offer the opportunity to work for a leading tour operator as part of an award-winning team and the opportunity to travel and experience the ski resorts we sell.

Salary: £23,500.00 per year plus bonus scheme and commission
