Your Travel Document package was excellent and comprehensive.Aodhan Boylan was excellent. Very attentive and thorough.

Park City (and Alta) were outstanding - no queues (longest queue was 3 minutes using Singles entry to chair) and loads of snow. Ski rental was excellent. They willingly changed the skis mid-week. Voucher for lift ticket worked really well. Virtually no queue, and able to get lift pass before tows opened.

The road trip that you organised for us after our skiing, from SLC, down through some Utah national parks, Grand Canyon and home from LAS was spectacular. Can't recommend it too highly. Your advice meant we visited one park (Capitol Reefs) that we wouldn't have done, and which turned out to be our favourite. Huge thank-you to everyone.

The booking system was easy and communication was good. Ski Independence reps were quick to respond which is great. Gordon was good, he booked the holiday with all specifications requested, helped throughout the process, responded in a timely manner and was on the ball. A very good service.

Excellent. Great to have a bus stop directly outside. Excellent pool which was accessible any time of the day or night. Great breakfast. Good size rooms, very clean and very handily had the basin and hair dryer outside of the bathroom.
