Annika was fantastic from start to finish and also Catherine and Jo, who helped when Annika was unavailable.

The whole booking process was seamless, especially for such a large group and Annika managed all the changes easily and efficiently. This particular client can be demanding but for Annika and team, nothing was too much trouble.
