My first experience with Ski Independence and not my last! Karen was amazing throughout and quick to respond to any email. Due to airport delays, I had reason to get in touch with the office and Ross & Aodhan were also amazing when my client had delays/transfer delay/lost luggage - liaising with client directly. Won’t hesitate to book with you again and my client loved her stay so much she wants to secure the same apartment for the same week in Jan 2027 so I have already set the wheels in motion with yourselves.
