I'd heard great things from other agents, and I know nothing about ski holidays so I wanted someone who could support through the whole process.

I though the service throughout was exceptional, from the first enquiry right through to some last minute adjustments, Anna and Catherine were both fantastic. The documents pack was great, and having the clients checked in ahead of time was a big help as well.
