Conveniently located right at the base of the LAAX gondola, this contemporary, purpose-built accommodation provides easy access to the ski area. You’ll also find a good selection of restaurants and bars on your doorstep, a small grocery store, as well as the LAAX rental and the LAAX school. 

Apartments are minimalist in style and there’s an emphasis on sustainability with local, natural materials favoured throughout the accommodation. The apartments are split into three main categories. Mountain apartments benefit from the best views and tend to be located on the top floors with Alpine and Garden apartments on the lower floors. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen / diner which are ideal for socialising.

Cosy 1 Bedroom Apartment (4) (56m2)

1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and separate toilet. Sofa bed in living area. 

Comfort 2 Bedroom Apartment (5) (55m2)

1 double bedroom, 1 twin room with additional bunk bed (no window), 1 bathroom and separate toilet. Larger superior apartment with a window in the twin bedroom are available at a supplement. 

3 Bedroom Apartment (6) (89m2)

2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. 

4 Bedroom Apartment (8) (120m2)

2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. 

Important notices: Fire escapes in Switzerland conform to local regulations but may not conform to UK regulations. On some floors there may only be a single fire escape. You must take time to familiarise yourself with the property’s fire escape procedures.
