Spread over three interconnected buildings, the Sutton Place Hotel is an all suite property featuring 222 beautifully furnished units. All suites feature a 42" flat screen LCD TV, WiFi access, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, balcony, iPod docking station and one bathroom per bedroom.

Studios have kitchenettes and are open-plan in design. The one, two and three bedroom suites all feature separate bedrooms, plus a lounge with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchens. Premium units are bigger and some have separate unique features, such as an additional den bedroom. Bedding can vary, but most units have the flexibility of having more than one bed in the 2nd bedroom if required.
