The hotel has a large communal lounge area just off the lobby, where you'll find comfy seating and shared work spaces, together with a great cafe & bar.

The regular free ski shuttle picks up outside for easy access to the three ski mountains on the SkiBig3 lift ticket: Banff Mount Norquay, Sunshine Village and Lake Louise. Guests are also provided with free bus passes to use on the Banff Roam transit buses which take you around town.
