Transfers

The vast majority of our holiday prices include a door-to-door transfer from your arrival airport to/from your holiday destination, with the choice of a shared or private vehicle (for some destinations where there's no viable transfer option, a self-drive car rental package is included). We use smaller vehicles for our shared transfers (where possible), but will often recommend a private transfer option as this can sometimes represent better value, especially for four or more passengers.

Shared transfers:

These are mostly scheduled services operating to set times. Most services are operated by van or mini-bus, although at peak periods a larger coach may be used. All shared transfers are door-to-door, include a meet and greet, and include all taxes. Our aim is to always book you on the most appropriately timed shared transfer possible.

Private transfers:

We have a large choice of private transfer options, but we mostly use large SUVs or Mercedes Sprinter-type vans, as they offer the most practicality for comfort, space and baggage capacity. All private transfers are door-to-door and include a meet and greet service plus all taxes. Some vehicles come with onboard WiFi. 

We also offer private transfer options between selected resorts, making a multi-centre ski holiday itinerary an easy thing to do. We can also offer private transfers between Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal airports to their respective downtown city hotel locations. Some services include gratuities, some don't - we make that clear on the transfer joining instructions you'll receive with your final travel document package.
