It may be the heart of summer but the excitement for the next ski season is building and our new 2010/11 brochure will be out in 14 days! We have some great new properties in our European program to whet the appetite, here are some details:

Chamonix - France Chamonix is a mecca for skiers and boarders alike and it’s great to have 2 new hotels in our program that are in the centre of the town.

[caption id="attachment_1223" align="alignright" width="170"] Hotel Le Morgane[/caption] Hotel Le Morgane: This modern and centrally located hotel offers guests a stylish yet comfortable place to stay in Chamonix. The hotel offers rooms on a B&B basis so you have the choice of trying out the towns many dining options or even sampling the onsite Michelin star restaurant “Le Bistrot” for some culinary delights. Hotel Les Aiglons: Just 5 minutes from the town centre and at the base of the Aiguille du Midi cable car you can expect a luxurious yet affordable option here with a fantastic outdoor heated pool and great restaurant “Le A”. Here you have a choice of B&B or half board. Flaine – France  Flaine is becoming more and more popular every season and is ideal for families and couples alike. Le Refuge du Golf: Le Refuge is a brand new apartment complex of a 4 star standard but very good value for money. The skiing is accessed by a free shuttle bus service and the onsite facilities include a bar, restaurant and an indoor pool. We have 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments here. Meribel - France This is such a popular resort and we are delighted to have another property right in the heart of Meribel offering a good standard yet affordable self catered apartments. [caption id="attachment_1224" align="alignright" width="170"] Les Ravines[/caption] Les Ravines: The units have been recently refurbished and are right in the heart of the action! Courchevel 1650 – France Widely regarded as one of the best resorts in the world, Courchevel combines a traditional village atmosphere with an exclusive alpine playground. Its massive ski area with first class lift connections to the other 3 valleys resorts and immaculately groomed pistes contribute to some of the best skiing in France. Hotel le Portetta: Courchevel is the real gem in the Courchevel valley and the Portetta is right at the base of the slopes where the ski school meeting place is. It is a modern family run property with rooms on a half board basis and even has some 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for families. Chalets de Forum: Every season we get many clients asking for an apartment right in the heart of this extremely popular resort and now we have one! These are apartments are right at the foot of the slopes and next to the Forum shopping centre. We have a variety of apartment types for families, couples and groups looking to be “right there” in Courchevel 1850. Les Gets – France  We love Les Gets and many of our regulars do too. It has the ski area, the charm and the short transfer from Geneva which makes it even better that we have another good hotel in the centre of the resort. [caption id="attachment_1225" align="alignright" width="170"] Hotel Les Alpages[/caption] Hotel Les Alpages: Le Alpages is just a 5 minute walk from the centre of the village and 50 meters from the nearest lift. It has a pool, Jacuzzi and all the rooms on a half board basis. Perfect for families and those who fancy the Portes du Soleil in a hotel this could really work well. Morzine – France This is another good Portes du Soleil and Morzine is a lovely traditional resort right in the heart of this massive ski area. Hotel Le Petit Dru: Le Petit Dru is a good value option especially for families and is around 400 meters to the Super Morzine lift and 300 meters to the village centre. It has an indoor/outdoor heated pool and even a day nursery for up to 4 year olds. Rooms are all on a half board basis. Les Houches - France Les Houches is a good resort for all abilities and for those that like the traditional village, short transfer and fantastic scenery in the Mont Blanc valley. Balcons D'Anaite:The Balcons d’Anaite is another option for guests who want a central location and have easy access to the slopes with the free shuttle bus. They feature a variety of spacious apartments with access to a sauna, steam room and gym. Great value for money and well worth considering if you want a good ski area and traditional village. Montgenèvre – France Montgenèvre is actually a new resort for us and I spent my own holiday out here in March. It is a real French and Italian blend and in a week you will find yourself skiing across the border many times. Chalets Des Dolines: The new Chalets des Dolines is everything you would expect to find in a 4 star CGH property with a pool, slope side location and spacious tastefully decorated apartments.If you haven’t tried this area then you must as it is overlooked by many UK skiers and it is a real hidden gem. Champery – Switzerland

[caption id="attachment_1226" align="alignright" width="170"] Apartment en Soleil[/caption] Apartment en Soleil: It’s great to have another luxurious option in this resort for a group up to 10. The unit is luxurious to say the least and has 4 separate bedrooms each en-suite. Location wise it is ideal and only 50 meters from the cable car. The facilities in the near by sports centre are also complimentary to guests who stay here. Ischgl - Austria Ischgl which is well renowned for its huge ski area and party atmosphere is complemented perfectly by this new addition. Hotel Madelin:Stylish, chic and just 100 meters from the slopes  the Hotel Madlein is ideal for couples wanting an intimate and luxurious base.The stylish interior is quite a bit of a contrast to the traditional Austrian hotel you would find in other resorts.Guests can enjoy a massage or dip in the pool in the luxurious wellness centre or sip a cocktail at the bar and relax after a big day on the mountain.
