Karen kept us informed of the changes to our flights Air Canada flights were on time and also kept us updated on our departure gate and luggage situation. Banff Transporter was excellent. They even put us on an earlier transfer with no hassle.

Really happy with Ski Independence - the planning and itinerary is so well organised I know exactly what I’m doing and when and everything is really clearly explained and planned. That’s why I booked a second trip with Ski Independence and will do so in future. The recommendations of resorts to suit my budget have always been spot on too and perfectly fit my requests.

 Just to let you know we had an amazing time! Everything work out so well and hotels were superb…timings at each place were perfect. Just a shame we didn’t have any snow while there, but skiing conditions were still great.

Karen Moodie was incredibly helpful throughout the whole booking process and the holiday ran very smoothly. Would definitely recommend Karen to friends and family. It was very helpful that Karen had been to Banff so she could actually explain how it works, location of hotels etc. We had a fantastic holiday!
