The Pro's Lens
Each gallery in "The Pro's Lens" tells a different and unique story and gives you a feel for the lasting effect that Whistler has on people. Here are a few of my personal favourites:Tough Love

Darlene Douglas, or 'Mama Dar', a Whistler Blackcomb patroller, inspired the photographer Robin O'Neill. Her story is captured as part of a project documenting the lives of two Whistler women balancing careers and their personal commitments with their passion for the mountains.
Whistler by Bus
[caption id="attachment_6206" align="aligncenter" width="466"]![#WhistlerUnfiltered: Behind the Lens](/images/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/Mattias_Sign10_Whistler_1217view.jpg)
Photographer Mattias Fredriksson says, "When I go to Whistler it’s not just about the skiing, it’s the total package: the restaurants, the vibe, the good food. That’s the difference with Whistler versus other mountain towns. There’s always something fun going on”. You can just imagine the sense of contentment of the people on the bus, travelling home after a great day on the slopes and a couple of après-ski drinks - total satisfaction!
Pehota's Way
[caption id="attachment_6215" align="aligncenter" width="500"]![#WhistlerUnfiltered: Behind the Lens](/images/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/PEHOTAS-WAY-Blake-Jorgenson.jpg)
Eric Pehota has been living in Whistler since 1984 and is one of the true household names of ski mountaineering, famous for more than 40 first descents on skis. A portrait can say so much, there's no other type of image quite as compelling.
