All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was warm and welcoming. The facilities were excellent—we particularly appreciated the hot tub after a day of skiing. The room was spacious and well equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely wonderful 2 weeks holiday with lots of family and friends to celebrate a big birthday. Karen helped me plan the whole event, getting guests from the UK and USA. Everything worked perfectly and I am very grateful to you all at Ski-I, for giving me such a memorable birthday! And heaven help us but everyone enjoyed themselves so much they want to do it again next year!!

Jasper Park Lodge was a lovely hotel. Very peaceful and despite having the exterior appearance of being old and dated (which it is) the rooms are beautifully modern and warm. The animals coming onto the grounds between the cabins is evidence of a perfect setting.

I requested a room on top floor in quite area of hotel. They provided that, great. Hotel friendly, unpretentious, chilled, great pool, sauna, hot tubs, etc. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Amazing fresh soft fruits at breakfast. We had 14 days and happy with what was on offer. Versante on site restaurant was excellent, especially the pizzas. The hotels mini bus transportation to the ski area was a real bonus. Great friendly drivers , the service was provided by a third party company. Superb. Excellent base. Even had a free yoga class once a week.
