My client was very happy with the Kempinski Palace Engelberg. They said the hotel was fab and they were treated like royalty. They were really impressed how the hotel had a shuttle/mini bus that would drop and collect them from the bottom of the slopes even though it was only a short walk but in ski boots with skis and poles it was very appreciated. 

They said their ski instructor was amazing and they were so impressed by his knowledge and friendliness.
