Located in the beautiful village of San Cassiano, the Aman Rosa Alpina re-opens its doors this winter after a spectacular two-year renovation. The new design combines the heritage of this wonderful, historic building with contemporary luxury to create a 5-star experience in the heart of the Dolomites.
Ski butlers are on hand to prepare your equipment each morning and the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest gondola which is just 300m away, ensuring the whole experience is completely seamless.
The local area is renowned for the quality of its gastronomy and the Aman Rosa Alpina is no exception. Start your day with an exceptional breakfast in the light-filled Heritage Room with views of the surrounding forest. The new Akari restaurant will serve multi-course tasting menus of authentic Japanese Shabu Shabu cuisine while the Grill serves local dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients cooked on the open grill as well as artisanal pizzas. There’s also a lounge bar serving dishes throughout the day as well as a wine cellar and cigar lounge.
For those in search of relaxation, the two-storey Aman spa won’t disappoint. Here you’ll find a 20m outdoor heated swimming pool, indoor pool with forest views, steam bath, saunas, Jacuzzi and plunge pool. There’s also a yoga studio and fitness room.
Younger guests are well catered for with a playroom featuring a climbing wall, a teen lounge with table football and Playstation as well as three cinema rooms.
